Join Catherine Scholz, Expressive Arts Facilitator, in a playshop designed to introduce you to the benefits of using the expressive arts for personal and collective well-being.
Based on your needs, we may play with music, movement/dance, writing, role play, guided imagery/visualization, mindfulness and/or visual arts to engage your senses, captivate your imagination, build your resilience, settle your nervous system and have fun!
Come away with practical tools you can use in your everyday life to enhance your well-being, increase your productivity and improve your relationships with others. You may attend in person or via Google Meet, please indicate your preference when you register.
Date: Saturday October 5th, 2024
Time: 10am – 2:30pm (half hour break from 12 – 12:30pm, bring your own lunch) – Pacific Standard Time/West Coast USA
