A music-guided movement experience designed to reconnect you with your body, breath, and creative life force

All bodies and experience levels welcome!
Through carefully selected music, gentle somatic awareness, and intuitive movement, this class invites participants to explore how the body naturally wants to move when we slow down and listen. Simple prompts guide participants into a process of embodied exploration that can release tension, support nervous system regulation, and awaken creativity.
There is no choreography and no dance experience required. You are welcome to move as much or as little as feels right for your body. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Barefoot or socks recommended.
Sliding Scale Donation: $10-30. Sundays from 10-11:15am @ Inner Path or Live on Zoom (register in advance to receive the Zoom link). Register–>
